Over the past 25 years under other directorships we have designed and delivered a wide range of developments for many clients across many sectors. These range from large housing estates, hotels, leisure complexes, nursing homes, urban regeneration including high density multi storey apartments and small scale infill schemes.
Located on the former Reckett & Coleman Factory this scheme provides 286 residential apartments and houses with a range of dwelling sizes and tenure. Nestled between a river and a canal the layout was carefully designed to respect its setting and create a network of interesting urban spaces.
