After standing empty for nearly 10 years Barratt Homes redeveloped this local eyesore to provide 183, one, two and three bedroom dwellings which included 30% affordable. This mixed use contemporary scheme included office space and the conversion on some railway arches to accommodate community facilities including a nursery and cafe.
